Romance is Still a Live

              Generally, in the romantic movie we can find that a man loves a girl with romantic moment easier than through a real life. We just think that it's really difficult to find it around us. Sometimes we wanna get that moment but the situation is not supporting. Maybe a man ask the girl for her loving. He ask it grimly, even he likes a beggar who ask the only girl in the world. Unfortunately, the girl know that the man is not only one person in the world. She can still find another man with more hondsome, more money, more intelectual, etc. The man is never stop, he struggle it because that a man's phylosopy. The girl's phylosophy is refusing it and stalling him. Moreoften the girl using a reason that is tangy.

               The movie can smile because many people become a romantic believer while they are growing from kid until young boy or girl. Maybe we are one of them who believe the romantic love. We hope it happened until we find that a real life is more suck than it. We become a break heart just because we aren't a person who can be like a comedian or athletic person or smart person and the others reason. Eventhough, we try so hard to become a good person but we have to accept that we are still refuged. In the question situation that we feel, the way become steel near of us. We find ourself be hard header until we almost get frustation and lack of confident too.

               Sharing of life give other colour of it. A woman who become a lucky person shared her life. She said that she become a single parent for a long moment. She worked hard for her 3 children and lose her happy time in dancing, walking with her friend and hang out because she must take care of her children. But she is really happy now because her husband now change of her life and children. One day, a man asked her for lunch and he so calm to let her talk to much about her suck life. She talked to him about her feeling to get fun moments again. Moments that she can going to a cafe, dancing, singing, hang out, walking in the beach. She talked everything without stopping and realized that in front of her,still sit a real human there who still breath and can or want to talk too. However, that man so calm and listening herfeeling. After that they go work again in their different position.

           Then the man came again to the girl and asked her if he can go out that night with her. She said ya after her mom wanted to take care her children. So lucky and unpredictable they went to a cafe and got dancing. Singing together in that night. After that the man asked her for walking in the beach under the beautiful Month. Everything was happened liked she wanted. She was really surprised until the man hold her hand and finally asked her for marry him. So romantic and beautiful moment was happened.

          So maybe it hard to find the moments like that, the romantic loving. But we can make it because we are still graced a love and we know that Love is not need reason to know. It come suddenly and our choice for making it become a romantic moment because Romance is still a live.

Butuh Karakter untuk Sebuah Kemenangan

               Kemenangan adalah bagian terpenting dalam setiap pertandingan. Setiap orang sangat menginginkannya.Segala cara dilakukan bahkan tidak perduli jika harus berkorban banyak hal. Bahkan kehidupan normal yang biasa dijalani orang-orang dengan langkah yang datar tidak lagi dipilih oleh orang-orang seperti ini. Tak dapat dipungkiri terkadang hadiah bukan jadi alasan utama untuk mendapatkan sebuah kemenangan tetapi semata-mata untuk memperoleh pengakuan dari orang banyak. Kemenangan selalu menyajikan banyak alasan untuk menjadikannya begitu berharga dalam sebuah pertandingan.

               Kemenangan juga yang pastinya dinanti-nantikan seluruh penggemar sepak bola di tanah air ketika menyaksikan pertandingan Indonesia menjamu Arab Saudi di Gelora Bung Karno. Ekspektasi masyarakat cukup besar dengan pertandingan tersebut disebabkan dengan komposisi pemain yang penuh talenta sudah terkumpul. Tentunya kemenangan menjadi target yang sangat diharapkan. Hal ini ditandai dengan antusiasme masyarakat dalam membeli tiket sebelum pertandingan tersebut dihelat. Sebagian besar masyarakat sangat ingin menyaksikan kemenangan timnas atas tamunya Arab Saudi.

Pemain-pemain berkualitas bukan jaminan mutlak untuk sebuah kemenangan. Kalimat pendukung: Kabar baik muncul ketika melihat starting line up pemain timnas diisi oleh berbagai pemain berkualitas yang menjanjikan. Dari berbagai lini diisi oleh pemain senior yang banjir pengalaman dan pemain muda yang berkualitas. Namun, meracik sebuah tim bukanlah seperti logika matematika dimana 1+1=2 atau bermodalkan banyak pemain berkualitas pasti menghasilkan kemenangan. Kemenangan dapat diperoleh dengan pemain-pemain berkualitas yang sudah memiliki kesolidan bermain sebagai tim.

             Kekalahan pun harus dialami lagi oleh timnas merah-putih dari Arab Saudi. Tim lawan yang sudah solid dan lama bermain bersama menunjukkan karakter mereka. Tertinggal lebih dahulu dari timnas Indonesia oleh gol dari Boaz ternyata tidak melemahkan kepercayaan diri mereka. Terbukti keadaan berbalik menguntungkan tim Arab Saudi, dimana mereka akhirnya memenangkan pertandingan dengan mencetak dua gol balasan ke gawang Indonesia. Hasil ini menunjukkan karakter timnas Indonesia masih belum terbentuk, mungkin dipengaruhi sebagian besar pemain yang bermain baru pertama kali bermain bersama sebagai sebuah tim. Karakter tim Arab Saudi mengalahkan tim Indonesia yang masih samar-samar karakternya.

Kemenangan selalu menjadi target tertinggi dari kedua tim yang bertanding. Namun yang menjadi pemenangnya adalah mereka yang sungguh-sungguh berjuang untuk meraihnya. Perjuangan itu ada untuk membentuk karakter mereka. Karakter begitu sangat penting untuk bertahan dalam kemenangan. Kemenangan yang bertahan lama adalah kemenangan yang diraih dengan karakter yang kuat. Karakter itu menjadi modal penting bagi sebuah tim yang memiliki target yang tinggi akan kemenangan.

Karakter membuat tim tersebut untuk terus berjuang pada pertandingan demi pertandingan. Tidak perduli siapa pun lawannya dan berapa pun peluangnya untuk mengalahkan lawan tersebut. Harapan yang tinggi akan timnas Indonesia untuk menemukan karakternya menjelang pertandingan sisa kualifikasi piala Asia ini. Kekalahan di masa lalu tidak lagi menjadi penting tetapi pertandingan di depan mata yang seharusnya menjadi fokus timnas Indonesia. Timnas ini bukanlah tim yang tidak mungkin memberikan kejutan mengingat silsilah bangsa yang dulunya juga berjuang hingga dapat merebut kemerdekaan walaupun kegagalan demi kegagalan harus dialami sebelumnya. Namun, banyak doa dan dukungan semua pihak khususnya suporter sepak bola sangat membantu timnas tersebut. Pertandingan berikutnya semoga menjadi ajang untuk menunjukkan karakter sepakbola Indonesia sebenarnya. Selamat berjuang Timnas Indonesia.

Trust Young to fight Gladiatory

          Nowadays, football become so quick to change in management. The club in europe specially, really need instant result from the coach and the player. Some of them, believe personility of club become more important than character of club. The personility translate become how many times the club win the tournament and beat every competitor. 

         If we could heard about the expensive of coach will rated in his ability to create a good team, now it become different. Boss in club never patient to see the procces, but focus in winning the tournament. They forget that the coach need supported and the coach is not a magician. In other hand, player become short cut by the club to get the tournament.

        Many coach will in worry about the challange, because their player too easy leave the club and off course make new situation and need more training. In this case, club so easy to fire the coach and change with the new one who good in personility with their team although still new in football. The loses in game mean the bad skill image for the coach. So now, every game so very valuable for them.

        When it's situation become same in every team, there's no limit criteria or big name for coach to be hired. It's so easy for new coach to get level up. Some of them like Lampard in Chelsea, Arteta in Arsenal, and Gerard in Ranger. The new man have more energy than their senior like Alegri, Pochetino, etc. The coach seeker will be same for senior and junior in coaching. Just show how many times you win the game and it will be make you more valuable.

         Record in winning game become asset to put you in battle to get the coach job. It make them bocome gladiator who have more energy to fight until the fire come. However, the young fight still have hope if they learn quickly. In this situation, the player become the spectators who paid big. 

         Before late, club need to think that it will be easy to break because they lose that character club more important like root of tree. It needs to make player and coach get the soul of the club and put the binding there. If there is binding, every one will know their role. Every one will get the ownership and do it better.
